SMOOTHIE CU FRUCTE SI LAPTE DE MIGDALE PENTRU MICUL DEJUN

Smoothie cu fructe si lapte de migdale pentru micul dejun

Laptele de migdale este savuros, aromat si excelent pentru a pregati o lista impresionanta de bauturi pline de vitamine, iar in aceasta varianta este baza pentru un smoothie plin de vitamine si gustul intens de fructe.

Ingrediente:

1 cana lapte de migdale
1/3 cana cubulete de ananas proaspat
½ avocado
¼ cana mango taiat cubulete
cateva felii de banana bine coapta
1-2 linguri fulgi de cocos
(optional) scortisoara pudra
gheata

Mod de preparare: turnati in blender laptele, adaugati ananasul, jumatatea de avocado, bucatelele de mango si feliile de banana (toate fructele proaspat taiate), puneti si 1-2 cuburi de gheata, mixand totul la viteza mare. Cand aveti o compozitie omogena se toarna in pahar si se serveste cu fulgi de cocos si putina scortisoara.
